专业技能
统计。我讲授了两门面向研究生和本科生的统计学课程。我有丰富 R 语言使用经验,尤其是 R 语言统计分析和统计作图。下面是一些我经常使用的 R 语言拓展包:data.table、dplyr, ggplot2、car、lme4、和 gam 等。在教学和研究的过程中,我还自己编写了一个 R 语言拓展包 acqr。
实验技能。我熟悉用于刺激呈现的各类行为科学研究软件,如 E-prime、 Psychopy、 Psychtoolbox、和 Presentation 等。我有近十年的眼动仪使用经验,尤其是加拿大 SR Research 公司生产的 Eyelink II/1000 plus 型眼动仪和相关软件系统如 Experiment Builder 和 Data Viewer。我还负责建立了中国第一台儿童脑磁图仪系统,熟悉日本 Yokogawa 脑磁图仪的硬件系统、系统维护和数据收集。脑磁图仪数据分析方面,我熟悉 BESA 系统和 Matlab 下 的分析软件包 fieldtrip 和 SPM12。
写作技能。我喜欢用 Latex、Markdown、和 R Markdown 等现代书写工具写作。我还用 hugo 和 blogdown 两种软件系统创建了我自己的个人网站:https://likan.info。
